Nothing is sacred anymore, Transformers is being shat on from up high by Micheal “Fast cars are my only vice” Bay and we will soon be subjected to the trauma of a GI Joe movie.

Our childhood is being exhumed and defiled by the unimaginative Hollywood turd machine, desperate to appeal to the short attention spans of the masses the film industry is trying to make a movie out of any old comic book/game/breakfast cereal it can get its hands on (In what creative world would a Hitman exist) and is now  obsessed with the film and television franchices we grew up with in the 80’s.

The heroes of our childhood are in danger, Rupert bear is wearing a hoodie, Star Wars is about as interesting as the buisness section of the telegraph and the less said about poor Indiana Jones the better.

Here at Bringback TV we want the writers, producers and all those not lucky enough to experience this great era of television film and games to realise what was so great about them in the first place.

We want to share with you some of the true greats we were lucky enough to have growing up (and a few turds as well) and what we think modern television can learn from its past to save itself from the medicore focus group driven hell hole its turning into.
